Client confidentiality will be maintained at all times. Please review our GDPR Privacy Notice for information on how we protect your personal data. No details of your child’s records or treatment will be released without your written consent, including to your GP. However, nutritional advice is not an alternative to medical advice and you should always discuss your child’s symptoms with your GP.
Brain Food strives to provide professional, ethical advice at all times. However, successful treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Should you not wish to follow the advice given, Brain Food reserves the right to refrain from offering further assistance.
Children aged 18 years or under must be accompanied by a parent or carer at all times.
Brain Food retains copyright of all written material provided. Information found on the Brain Food website is for general information purposes only. Links to other websites are provided for your convenience but do not constitute an endorsement. It is not permitted to record consultations using any electronic media.
Fees and Cancellation Policy
Fees for initial consultations are £250 for a 60-minute remote consultation, £280 for an in person consultation and £300 for a home visit (London only). Fees for follow up consultations are £75 for a 30-minute consultation and £150 for a 60-minute consultation. These prices are correct as of August 2022. For any other services, please ask for a bespoke fee quotation.
In some cases, laboratory testing and supplements will be recommended. The cost of these is not included in the fees and will be charged separately, directly by the laboratory or supplement provider.
Payment for consultations is due on the date of the appointment. Payment may be made online via credit or debit card, by internet banking, or via PayPal.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
